It is my pleasure to recommend Kristen Frisa. Her performance as a freelance writer for our construction technology news site, Jobsite, has been exceptional ever since she began working in August of 2020. Kristen is extremely reliable, I can always count on her to turn in her assignments on time if not before a deadline. Kristen’s quality of work is far beyond satisfactory and she is always open to working with our team if there are changes or edits needed.
Some of the most notable pieces Kristen has written for Jobsite are:
Top Tips for Producing a Successful Virtual Conference (Page Views: 856)
Leading Inclusively: 10 Things You Can Do to Promote Inclusion & Diversity (Page Views: 1,445)
How Kinetic Construction Delivers More Value Through Lean Construction (Page Views: 786)

Kristen is overall a great communicator and adapted to our workflow and tools quickly. She’s an asset to any project or assignment that she’s a part of.
Mark Buckshon, President at Construction News and Report Group of Companies
Kristen provided freelance writing services at the vital early launch stages of Ontario Construction News, as we launched a daily digital construction trade newspaper. This demanded solid specialized industry-focused journalism, and (obviously) the ability to adhere to tight daily deadlines. During a one-month vacation in August when I could not take care of my day-to-day responsibilities, Kristen’s responsibilities expanded to overseeing a group of other freelance writers and managing the overall completion/editing of each day’s publication. We offered her the opportunity to transition to be a staff editor, but she declined, desiring to continue her freelance career.

I worked with Kristen for a couple of years at Canada.CreditCards.com, and found her to be an excellent writer and reporter. She always turned her copy in well ahead of deadline and never left me hanging. She had great ideas for our site and always found great sources. She was truly an asset to our team.
